Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 1, 2026
1. Introduction and Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Anysola, Inc. ("Anysola", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you visit our website (anysola.com) or use our AI agent platform and related services (collectively, the "Service"). This policy applies to website visitors, prospective clients, and authenticated users of our Service.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as account registration details (name, work email, organization, billing information), and content you submit through our integrations. We also automatically collect product telemetry and usage data, including IP addresses, browser types, page views, feature interactions, and agent invocation metadata. We do not sell your personal data.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to: (a) provide, operate, and maintain the Service; (b) process transactions and send related information, including confirmations and invoices; (c) route agent traffic to your configured systems; (d) provide customer support and respond to inquiries; (e) analyze usage patterns to improve product reliability and features; and (f) send technical notices, security alerts, and administrative messages. Marketing communications are strictly opt-in.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We may share your information with third-party vendors, consultants, and other service providers (subprocessors) who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf. We may also disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities. We do not share your personal data with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
5. Data Residency and Security
Customer data is processed and stored in the geographic region selected during contract execution (e.g., US, EU, or UK). For enterprise on-premise deployments, data remains entirely within your controlled environment with no outbound transfer to Anysola infrastructure. We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Audit logs follow the retention period configured in your subscription plan (e.g., 30 days, 1 year, or custom). Account data is retained for the duration of the active contract and for 90 days following termination, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.
7. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data. Residents of the European Economic Area (EEA) and the UK have rights under the GDPR to access, rectify, port, or erase their data, and to restrict or object to processing. California residents have similar rights under the CCPA. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at privacy@anysola.com. We will respond to your request within the timeframe required by applicable law.
8. Subprocessors
Anysola engages certain third-party subprocessors to assist in providing the Service. A current list of our subprocessors is maintained at anysola.com/legal/subprocessors. We enter into data processing agreements with all subprocessors to ensure they provide adequate protection for your data. Customers will be notified at least thirty (30) days prior to the addition or replacement of any material subprocessor.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
